Roger is a Graduate in Computer Science. At Brigade, he manages effectively all the sales processes. Before associating with Brigade as Vice President – Sales, he worked for 24 years in the Contact Center industry. Significantly, his expertise expands four continents.

He has sold and created numerous multi-lingual, multi-national B-C & B-B Customer Service and Technical Support organizations across India, Australia, Singapore, Canada, U.S. and Europe. Roger scripted success for HTMT Global Solutions, the Sutherland Group and Digital Equipment Corporation.
