US Team

Sri Dasari

Sri Dasari is an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He did his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Marathwada University, India. Sri Dasari is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Brigade. Before joining Brigade, Sri Dasari was Chairma & CEO of IT Gurus, and Head of  Global at Subcontracting Group (GSG) at Partner at marchFIRST, Inc. (formerly Whittman-Hart, Inc.). Significantly at Whittman-Hart, Inc, he managed successfully outsourcing projects worth $850 million. Earlier, he was part of Senior Management of IBM Global services for Middle East.

Lakshmi Akula

Lakshmi is a Graduate in Computer Science from Marathwada University, India. As the Executive Vice President at Brigade, she manages all matters relating to finance and financial strategy. Lakshmi brings to Brigade over 18 years of professional experience that includes General Management and F & A functions of global IT and BPO firms. Earlier, Lakshmi was the Executive Vice President of IT Gurus, a consulting firm offering technology outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 clients. With specialization in handling M & A projects, and matured competency, Lakshmi handled challenging projects of prestigious clients like Discover Card, Inland Steel and Cisco.

Roger Alan Gloddy

Roger is a Graduate in Computer Science. At Brigade, he manages effectively all the sales processes. Before associating with Brigade as Vice President – Sales, he worked for 24 years in the Contact Center industry. Significantly, his expertise expands four continents. He has sold and created numerous multi-lingual, multi-national B-C & B-B Customer Service and Technical Support organizations across India, Australia, Singapore, Canada, U.S. and Europe. Roger scripted success for HTMT Global Solutions, the Sutherland Group and Digital Equipment Corporation.

David Glenister

At Brigade, David Glenister is the Director of Account Management. He is STI Knowledge-certified e-support Manager and manages all client relationships, effectively. Starting from 1999, David has had a long stint at Brigade. Before joining Brigade, David worked for long with the global credit services industry. While working with one of the largest credit lenders in the United States, he specialized in business processes, training and performing software quality assurance. At Brigade, he manages successfully several strategic delivery programs.

India Team

Vamshi Krishna

At Brigade, Vamshi is the General Manager of India Operations & Service delivery. He has over 17 years of experience in BPO industry. He is responsible for all Operations and service delivery for Brigade over 10 years. He has multichannel experience in Customer Relationship Management. He has a very long stint at Brigade working for international clients including consumer electronics, Private Equity firms, cloud computing, Logistics, Remote monitoring services, BFSI and Telecommunications. Vamshi works closely with the Brigade’s Service delivery and Account Management teams to ensure operational excellence through consistency, best practice sharing and a robust and proven global operating model. He is a strategic thinker and leader with a deep understanding of the market and customers’ business, technology, processes, and systems.

Prior to association with Brigade, he worked with Aegis as Global Head of Operations. Aegis is a global outsourcing and technology services company; it has operations in 44 locations across 9 countries with more than 40,000 employees. Before Aegis, he worked with GVK EMRI (Emergency Management and Research Institute) as Head of Operations. GVK EMRI is a pioneer in Emergency Management Services in India.

Vamshi holds an MBA degree from a premier business school of XIBMS (Xavier Institute Of Business Management Studies)
