Quality ensuring reliability and Customer satisfaction

Quality is a passion at Brigade and the aspects of high quality permeate every department here. The strong process orientation translates into real benefits like reduced cycle times, improved customer satisfaction scores and better cost efficiencies.

Brigade is an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization and has been through ten successive audits with zero non-conformance. The process orientation encompasses all the departments in the organization and is not isolated to just the production or service delivery departments.

 
   

Giving due importance to data and information security Brigade also went in for the ISO 27001:2005 certification. This certification is an industry standard ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) standard and replaces the older standard of BS7799. This certification furthers attests to the strong process orientation at Brigade and the high level of importance given to client data and information.

Brigade also follows the regimen of Six Sigma and has in-house trained Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts who work on continually improving processes and making breakthrough improvements. Using its extensive experience of the past many years and taking the best from other quality management systems, Brigade has developed its own unique system suited for the BPO environment. It is called BEMS (Brigade Excellence Management System) and this helps us leverage the experience gathered over many programs to help our clients get a jumpstart in the delivery of their programs.
